At Brauer Concepts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for any products, subscriptions, or digital services purchased through our website or authorized platforms.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. This applies to:
- One-time purchases of digital products or services
- Subscription plans (for the current billing period)
- Any other paid offerings made available through our website
Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 30 days of your most recent charge cover that billing period; prior periods beyond the window are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund via my.paddle.com using your receipt, or email contactus@brauerconcepts.com with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request. We process requests within 5–10 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available after 30 days, for policy abuse, or for custom services delivered in full per an agreed scope. Custom project refund terms are outlined in your service agreement.
Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases through our website, handling payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
